Required Documentation
Before you begin Nursing 1 and Health Assessment, the following items must be completed:
- Health Requirements
- Criminal Background Check, and Urine Drug Screen and Respiratory Fit Test
- Health Insurance
- CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Uniforms
Professional Liability Insurance
Students must maintain professional liability insurance throughout the length of the program.
